There's so much conflicting information about what pregnant people can and can not do. This can sometimes lead to avoiding movement altogether. This can lead to discomfort, pain and disconnection right at a time when you really want to be tapping further into your body and the way it communicates with you.

Congratulations! Because here Caroline teaches a deeper mind & body connection, eliminating and mitigating pain while preparing mentally and physically for labor.

Welcome !

Hi, I’m Caroline ! I am a lover for yoga and currently located in Buenos Aires with my ‘pup’ Emilio.

My goal is to help you develop inner and outer strength, so that you can tackle all the unknowns with confidence.

Over the past 10 years as a yoga teacher, I often observe how we forget the basics. Something as simple as asking yourself, "How does this feel in my body? How is my breath?" can give you the kinds of answers that googling just may not.

We are told what we should not do during pregnancy. Do you want to come to a place where there are no modifications?

I will guide you in all that your body can and should do!
